I thought about the font and layout for about 2 weeks before coming up with this. A bit of a messy layout, but the canvass tool in Fusion 360 really made this part go a lot smoother that it could of eye balling coordinates vs the knots in the wood.
But First! The flattening!
A 1.24″ Freud mortising bit chews up the hardwood.
Lettering is filled with epoxy tinted blue to add serious depth. Oiled and epoxy coated for withstanding the elements.
