I’ve been working with this mesh shell model for some time now and decided to try a double sided version. Turned out pretty well right off the machine. No sanding, just a quick oil.
I left a bit off the pressure treating in the surface to give a contrasting aged effect.
Some single sided test cuts looking decent. Let’s make the bigger double sided version!
Adaptive roughing with 1/4″ Downcut endmill from CMT. Followed by 1/16″ tapered ball endmill from Dashound
