I needed a new planter for my Norfolk pine.

I designed this in fusion 360 to allow for easy customization and mass production…Once I get the fit right. I realize that these cuts are probably best made with a dado blade on the table saw. When I’m able to cut 20+ at the push of a button on the CNC router it will all make sense hah!

Decided to go with a unique eight leg design for added strength and fear factor. Arachnaplanter! There is a possibility of a stone top in the mix.

These kind of alignments, gaps are usually because I haven’t spent enough time being exacting in my measurements. Wood is plastic, and by that I mean that it can change shapes. After cutting, gluing, jointing, drying etc…

Finished with Walrus Oil Furniture Butter. I’m the only mammal harmed in the making of this planter.
